STAND-UP PADDLE
The One Palm stand-up paddle school offers an initiation into a stroll on the lake or a discovery of the activity in the ocean to learn to surf in the waves.
Lake
Easily accessible by stand-up paddle, Lake Léon is a real invitation to stroll. Explore a listed natural site or go down the La Palue river.
The One Palm surf school is proud to offer you (from 5 years old) the discovery of this new discipline of surfing the sup or stand-up paddle.
It is a very fun, easy and accessible activity whatever your age or physical condition.
The lessons are distributed on inflatable boards which allows optimal safety conditions and facilitated transport.
